Raising Money to do this Event

So the one BIG reason for the setback of this event, is the result of the economic recession.
I've tried my best to get sponsorships and donations from retailers and big name companies and was unsuccessful.
This push us back a little, but I wanted to see how bad everyone else wanted it. What better way of showing me that you support the cause and wanting this event to happen than to donate?


We need to raise about 1000$ more dollars to secure a successful event (and trust me this is only a FRACTION). You think 1000$ is a lot, but don't forget the cost of facility, security, advertisements, equipment, liability insurance, etc all ADDS UP!
1000$ would only take 100 kind hearts to donate 10$ each to make this event happen.

So here's how it works.

If you want this even to happen, PLEASE donate. The more people who contribute, the faster we can raise the money to make this event happen.

1. You have a choice of donating $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, or $20.00 to the event.
ALL PROCEEDS will go to covering the cost of the event including but not limited to the list above. Any money from the donations will be used for raffle items. -PAYMENT can be made with the little yellow "donate" button on the right side.

2. Please put your nickname or full name on your payment somewhere

3. When the event happens, we will have a huge mural or sheet of 10ft x 10ft against the wall with everyone's names who contributed and made this event happen.
-Here, you will get to sign your name, draw, and take pictures with this "mural" . This will be a reminder that the event would not have happened w/o these people's help, and I believe it is our way of showing gratitude.

4. There will be a separate drawing at the event or online for those that donate atleast $10.00 to the event (the secret item is TBA)

5. 50% of the amount you donate can be credited towards your table price if you choose to have a table for the event. (ie if you donate $20, take $10 off your table price)



-I urge those that email or ask us, "I wanna participate in some way or another..I wanna be part of the event"...THIS IS A WAY. please please please help us get this event going!!
